Glean Up is a workforce first program that employs people who are currently homeless to pick up litter around Midland. This low-barrier panhandling diversion program is designed to help our homeless neighbors overcome obstacles preventing them from getting out of homelessness.
Neighbor Care is the heart of TFE! It is our primary program that encompasses housing at the village and the important work of relationship and community building.
