Glean Up is a low barrier, work-first program providing currently homeless friends an opportunity to earn cash for picking up trash in Midland. Glean Up crew members are given case management, job search assistance, and discipleship. Our Glean Up program is not a full-time job, but rather a stepping stone to secure gainful employment.
