The Field's Edge ("we," "us," or "our") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit ministry in Midland, Texas. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect the following information when you interact with us through our website, events, donation forms, volunteer sign-ups, prayer request forms, or text messaging programs: name and contact information (email address, mailing address, phone number); donation and payment information (processed securely by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers); volunteer information you provide when signing up to serve; prayer requests and messages you choose to share with us; and basic website usage data (such as pages visited), collected through standard analytics tools.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to: process donations and send gift receipts and acknowledgments; communicate with you about our ministry, programs, events, and volunteer opportunities; respond to your questions, requests, and prayer needs; coordinate volunteers and event participation; send text messages you have opted in to receive (see the SMS section below); and meet legal, accounting, and reporting obligations.

SMS / TEXT MESSAGING
If you opt in to receive text messages from The Field's Edge, we may send messages related to our ministry, such as event reminders, volunteer coordination, program updates, and donor communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@thefieldsedge.org. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of donating to or participating in any program of The Field's Edge.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary for the service providers who deliver messages on our behalf (such as our messaging platform), and only for that purpose.

HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with: service providers who help us operate (payment processors, email and text messaging platforms, donor database), who may use your information only to provide services to us; and legal authorities when required by law or to protect the safety of our neighbors, staff, volunteers, or the public. All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

DATA SECURITY
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard what you entrust to us.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our website and messaging programs are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Email: you may unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message. Text messages: reply STOP to opt out at any time. Your information: you may contact us to review, update, or request deletion of your personal information.
